Dusty Roads is a high-energy Georgia-grown Americana band, formed in 2014 by Atlanta based musician, John Mickelson. When you’re at a Dusty Roads show, expect to hear echoes of the legends of bluegrass and country music, such as Bill Monroe, Flatt & Scruggs, and Willie Nelson. Close your eyes, and you may even uncover the musings of great musicians from across the halls of time, like Django Reinhardt, The Allman Brothers Band, and even Bob Marley. The band walks a tight rope during each show, reverently balancing acoustic with electric instruments in such a way that blends and allow each other sonic space. ‘Come take a trip, down that long dusty road’.
