Ezra Jacob Live at The Mill on Etowah

On Saturday, June 26th, Ezra Jacob returns to The Mill!
Born in Chicago, Illinois, but raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Ezra Jacob has been exposed to a myriad of music genres, taking inspiration from a variety of different sounds. He’d been writing and performing around the metro Atlanta area for several years, but it wasn’t until early 2016 that Ezra became interested in professional recording. He approached the gents at Living Oaks Studio in Acworth, GA about recording a song he’d written for his two best friends who had married each other in 2015. The original intent was to only give the song to the couple; as crowdfunding began, however, the choice was made to mass distribute the song on all major mediums. “Every Sight Since” was released on April 22nd, 2016 and in less than 24 hours, the song climbed up to #29 on the iTunes Singer/Songwriter Chart and was listened to throughout the country, even across the Atlantic!
Thus began Ezra Jacob’s career as a recording artist. His debut EP “I Am Known” released on August 18th, 2017 and peaked at #14 on the Christian/Gospel charts.
Ezra will be playing some crowd favorite covers and some of his excellent originals
