This spicy collaboration with Powerful Pepper Company is a special sauce that’s great on everything. Test your strength with this small batch project while it lasts.
Red jalapeños, chili de árbol, & chipotle peppers paired with carrot, onion, and garlic. These simple ingredients are then fermented and aged with tequila barrel chips for over 90 days to develop a complex, smoky, and oaky finish.
